1. The industry suggestion is once a year (annually). However, this depends also on the age of the  appliance, and how much it was used during the previous season. For example, the older the unit, the more imperative it is to maintain the appliance to stretch the life expectancy of the unit.
    

2. Direct Heat has been in business since 1976. Our fully certified staff of technicians are licensed bonded and insured. We provide emergency service with no overtime rates. Generally, we are able to arrive onsite to your home within 4-6 hours. However, during peak seasons it may take longer to respond but rest assured that we take EVERY call seriously.
    

3. Every 2 years. More if you or your family members have respiratory problems, such as asthma or allergy to pollens, etc. We use a Hepa machine and a Skipper Line System using reverse vacuum. This delivers 250 pounds of pressure per square inch. With this pressure, all dust and dirt in the system gets pushed down to the bottom of the furnace, where it gets sucked out by a 10 inch vacuum hose connected to the Hepa Machine.
    

4. Yes we do that too! Cleaning your dryer vent removes lint and other debris that has accumulated over time and allows the dryer to operate to its full potential, as well as decreases the drying time and maximizes the dryer’s overall performance and energy efficiency
    

5. When purchasing a NEW furnace, boiler or heat pump, sales quotes are free of charge and there is no obligation. During the sales quote we will outline the different options for your unique situation and the prices for each option.
    

6. Yes, Direct Heat has been working on boilers (hot water heating systems) since 1973.
    

7. Yes, we service and repair all makes and models of commercial units.
    

8. Yes, we clean all wood burning systems. This cleaning is required for fire prevention and should be done once per year to ensure safety.
    

9. We do pressure washing of your home, deck, garage, driveway and walkways. Gutters are also part of our cleaning service. This includes minor gutter repairs as well. We also clean windows. Give us a call to set up an appointment for your free quote.
    

10. Yes we install gas, oil and electric hot water tanks.
