Maintenance Agreements

Maintaining your system is vital to it's longevity and often necessary to maintain your system's factory warranty. When you own one of our Maintenance Agreements, we could send a service technician to your home up to twice a year. Once in the Spring or early Summer to check your cooling equipment, and once in the Fall or early Winter to check your heating equipment. *This timeline will vary depending on equipment requiring servicing.

 

Customer Advantages: Potential problems are diagnosed before they occur, Priority service over non-agreement customers, 10% on all other services and 5% on purchase of equipment and Installation.
